That first encounter with the question: “What is your intention?” or “What are you here to work on today?”
The face usually expresses a certain confusion and, especially for those who have never been here before, some uncertainty.
Many are here because they want to experience something new, disconnect, reconnect with themselves, relax... all intentions are valid.

When, through a series of questions, we establish a bond of trust, and they discover that beyond the time we will share and the energy we will co-create, the intention of the sessions is to bring what they have learned into their daily lives, the vast majority choose to open up to working on some aspect of their personal lives. I am happy to share with you that most of them return, allowing us to peel away layers and work deeper and deeper.
It is common for them to be going through stressful episodes in their lives. The triggers, for the most part, are aspects that accompany them in their daily lives (work, family, traffic). We are aware that in many cases, these are not factors that we cannot eliminate entirely (PRINCIPLE OF REALITY), and that would not be a solution either.
This is precisely where the benefit of these practices plays a very important role. When in the midst of uncomfortable situations, we manage to focus our attention on “what is.”

Yesterday I had a day that tested me in a thousand ways and led me to put into practice much of what I try to share with those who trust in the benefits that Tantra can bring to their everyday lives. These are the days that we can perceive as beautiful invitations to live a little bit more congruently.
Attention to breathing, freedom of movement, being selective with what I choose to see, hear, and perceive, the way I receive a comment that is meant to attack or offend, and what I do with all of this were just some of the ingredients that were entirely up to me.
I was doing some bureaucratic paperwork for five hours, which I spent in a large hall full of chairs and tired, dissatisfied, desperate, bored, dazed people... and no, I'm not referring to those of us who were waiting (although many were), but to those who work there and for whom this is their daily life.
I was pleasantly surprised to be so at ease; to have so much patience; to understand that the insults were not about me, but about the person who was uttering them, and it was to her that I decided to give all the love I was capable of.

I didn't do this just for her; I recognize that there were secondary gains that benefited me, and that's okay. I feel good about creating kind and pleasant situations for myself and those around me. My first intention was to remain in a frequency that I enjoy. The second was that it would assure me not to have to spend another day there. I admit that I did it for both reasons, and I chose to do it with love, compassion, and all the patience I could muster.
I left very tired but very satisfied that I had helped bring a smile to the face of a woman my age, who, accustomed to receiving insults and rudeness, is used to giving the same in return.
This beautiful woman smiled, shared, expressed herself, laughed, felt heard and seen, because she was.
Thank you, beautiful life, for showing me the real
and tangible benefits of what I have been practicing for so long.
