That first encounter with the question: “What is your intention?” or “What are you here to work on today?” The face usually expresses a certain confusion and, especially for those who have never been here before, some uncertainty.  Many are here because they want to experience something new, disconnect, reconnect with themselves, relax... all intentions are valid.
