🌺 Today I offered my first Soma session… and I loved it.

It was a beautiful reminder that the most profound moments happen when we let go of structure and allow presence to lead.

This space — raw, fluid, alive — opened up between us like a silent prayer. No expectations, no techniques to follow, just breath, touch, truth. Soma is not a massage. It’s a meeting. A deep remembering through the body.

And I could feel that the person receiving also touched something real — a softness, a spark, a reconnection with self.

I’m grateful. Inspired. Humbled.

This is just the beginning — and I can feel that Soma is calling for more.
